Grievance Redressal Policy

This Grievance Redressal Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “GR Policy”) is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules/regulations made thereunder as applicable and for the time being in force concerning to electronic records. This GR Policy is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature. This GR Policy is published following the requirements of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 read with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 which requires publishing the rules and/or regulations for access or usage of www.damroindia.com website.

DAMRO FURNITURE PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN: U36101TN2000PTC045441, having its registered office located at No. A1 101, 4th Avenue, Next to Sri Mittai, Annanagar, Chennai – 600 040, Tamil Nadu, India, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “Damro”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the e-commerce website www.damroindia.com  or any successor site or its related domains, sub-domains, sites, services, and tools, etc.,  by whatever name called (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). www.damroindia.com is provided by the Company as a service to the general public (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “You”) and is intended to allow users to browse and order online the products (i.e., goods or services) offered for sale on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

Discretion of DAMRO

All the terms and conditions stated herein are non-negotiable and DAMRO shall have the sole discretionary power to terminate the program and/or alter any offer/voucher as and when required, with or without any intimation.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

The User may make a complaint to the Grievance Redressal Officer and:

  1. Our Grievance Redressal Officer will acknowledge the receipt of the complaint within 48 (Forty Eight) hours; 
  2. DAMRO Will dispose off such complaint within a period of 30 (Thirty)days from the date of its receipt.

Our Grievance Office will receive and acknowledge any order, notice, or direction issued by the Appropriate Government, any Competent Authority, or a Court of competent jurisdiction.

DAMRO will, within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours from the receipt of a complaint made by an individual or on their behalf, take all reasonable
and practicable measures to remove or disable access to any content that exposes the private area of the individual, shows the individual in full or partial nudity, depicts the individual in any sexual act or conduct involves impersonation in any electronic form, including artificially morphed images of such individual, take all reasonable and practicable measures to remove or disable access to such content which is hosted, stored, published, or terminated by us.
